Whole Birth Prenatal Yoga Classes
Prenatal Yoga provides an opportunity to connect with your
baby and to gain a greater understanding and awareness of your body as it
changes throughout your pregnancy.
By incorporating gentle postures, breath work, vocal-toning, and meditation,
classes provide you with an opportunity for greater flexibility and relaxation
in preparation for labor and childbirth. It will enhance your confidence,
comfort, and awareness. Prenatal Yoga provides relief from common
discomforts experienced during pregnancy; low back and sciatic pain, insomnia,
and swelling have all responded well to regular practice. Classes also provide
a space to connect with other Mom's in your community through informative and
supportive group discussions, where women are encouraged to share questions,
concerns, and thoughts.
No previous yoga experience is necessary for prenatal yoga.
